The problems listed below constitute the second set of homework problems. Note that for this set some problems are to be done by hand only, some by computer only, and others by both, hand and computer, as  specified below.

For  the  “Computer  Problems,”  you are required to use the ExcelOM software.   For Problems 4.27 and 4.28,  you  may  use  the  standard MS  Excel  software.  Note that this can be done within ExcelOM, as all of the functionalities of “regular” MS Excel are available within ExcelOM.

Only  the   "Computer  Problems"  are  to  be   turned  in.  You   are  required  to  upload your   completed  homework   as  a  single  MS  Excel  file.   The  due  date  is March 26, 2024.

Assuming there are two (2) technicians in Problem D18, determine the following:

a) The average number of computers waiting for adjustment.

b) The average number of computers being adjusted.

c) The average number of computers not in working order.
