The Assignment consists of two parts: Coding (60%) and Documentation (40%). The total marks for the assignment is 100 marks- 60 marks for the coding part and 40 marks for the written part.
1.Coding Part – 60 Marks
This part is further divided into two parts as shown below:
Task 1: Corona Virus Check – 30 Marks
The weightage of the different parts in this section is shown below:
Reading the input .csv file -5 Marks
Splitting the data in the input file correctly -5 Marks
Classification of passengers on the basis of temperature readings- 5 Marks
Identification of the passengers with Corona virus depending upon the Symptoms-5 Marks
Redirecting the data of positive passengers to an output file (Vaccine.csv file)- 10 Marks
Task 2: Airport Conveyer Belt Simulation- 30 Marks
The weightage of the different parts in this section is shown below:
Reading the output file of the Task 1 as an input file for the Task 2- 5 Marks
Correct classification of the luggage on the basis of weight- 5 Marks
Correct Classification of the luggage on the basis of dimensions- 5 Marks
Redirection and display of the luggage to the correct Conveyer belt- 5 Marks
Redirection of the appropriate output to the appropriate conveyer belt in .csv files (you should have 4 output files- one for each category of conveyer belt)- 10 Marks
2.Written Part – 35 Marks
The written part is divided into two parts as follows:
1.User Documentation (done as per the assignment specification)- 20 Marks
2.Aircraft Conveyer Belt report (done as per the assignment specification)- 15 Marks
3.Coding Standard: 5 Marks
The code should confirm to the coding standards emphasised in the lecture and practicals.
Negative marks for the following:
Code does not run for one section – (-10)
Output file missing- (-5)
